Psalm 2:1, 4 Why do the nations rage, and the people plot a vain thing? The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel and conspire together, against the LORD and against His Anointed… He who sits in the heavens shall laugh; the LORD shall hold them in derision.
Impartation from the court at the throne of the Lord today: it’s laughter!
Today I see the Lord laughing hysterically. I believe He is saying:
“FEEL My emotions, HEAR My heart, BEHOLD My Countenance, and LAUGH with Me, for that is My DECREE over the enemy’s plots and plans. My laughter will throw the enemy’s army into absolute confusion; and swords will clash within the enemy’s camp.
Do not fear; I sit sovereign over the nations. Keep your heart aligned in My place of REST; see My PERSPECTIVE. Behold My Countenance; hear My Heart, and act only on what I am releasing.”
Someone needs to laugh today! Sometimes the greatest warfare is laughter and the joy of the Lord as we behold the Lord’s perspective on the enemy’s plots and plans. The Lord is saying to His people today, “Behold My perspective on the enemy’s plots and plans.”
There’s an impartation of laughter as you look at this picture, which will release the Lord’s authoritative voice and sword over every situation you face, over our nation, and over the nations of the earth.
Don’t be swayed by what you see in the NATURAL REALM. Only speak what the Lord says from His Counsel and His Court. Today the LORD is laughing! Your laugh will release the frequency of the Lord’s VOICE, throwing the enemy’s frequency into absolute confusion. It will be like King Jehoshaphat’s army: the Lord sent His word through the prophet to the worshippers before the army, who proclaimed the Name of the Lord.
2 Chronicles 20:21–22 And when he had consulted with the people, he appointed those who should sing to the LORD, and who should praise the beauty of holiness, as they went out before the army and were saying: “Praise the LORD, for His mercy endures forever.” Now when they began to sing and to praise, the LORD set ambushes against the people of Ammon, Moab, and Mount Seir, who had come against Judah; and they were defeated.
It says the Lord set ambushes against the enemy, and they destroyed one another. The Lord is sending angelic ambushes against the enemy through your laughter. Please don’t fake laughter; look at this picture of Jesus laughing and receive an impartation of Psalm 2:4.
In this moment called TODAY (Hebrews 4:7), the Lord is imparting laughter from His perspective. Remember, the war of redemption is not against flesh and blood, nor against political parties, denominations, or religions; our war is against principalities, powers, and wicked spirits in high places.
Ephesians 6:12 For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.
If you have the right perspective and can release the right sound from His perspective, you can dismantle every dark plan, every dark plot, and every dark decree simply by laughing from the heart of the Lord.
Receive your impartation of laughter; the joy of the Lord will be your strength.
Nehemiah 8:10 …for the joy of the LORD is your strength.
The PSALM 2 Apostolic Prayer Movement
In January 2026, I wrote an article that became a small book about a new Apostolic prayer movement emerging on earth. Psalm 2 was the heart of both the article and the mini-book. I never released it; I sat on it for a full year. Now, during these 90 days, you’re receiving small portions of what the Lord had me scribe. I’ll eventually release the whole thing, but I’ve learned through many failures that receiving revelation, even writing it down, doesn’t mean you need to release it right away. Timing is everything for true Kingdom impact and effectiveness. Always seek the LORD’s counsel on the timing of release.
Psalm 25:14 The secret counsel (sod) of the LORD is with those who fear Him, And He will show them His covenant.
Can the LORD give you the realm of mystery, strategy, and secret counsel, then ask you to sit on it and wait for His time to say, “Now release that”! The Lord has been wielding His Sword against the motives of our hearts. Why do we do what we do? Will we say what needs to be said, even though we know it will cost us and make us unpopular? That was Jeremiah’s entire ministry. Read the book of Jeremiah this season; I believe it has much application for our generation.
The Lord is forging a people who can fulfill Jeremiah 1:9–12.
Jeremiah 1:9–10 Then the LORD put forth His hand and touched my mouth, and the LORD said to me: “Behold, I have put My words in your mouth. See, I have this day set you over the nations and over the kingdoms, to root out and to pull down, to destroy and to throw down, to build and to plant.”
This scripture describes the emerging apostolic prayer movement. It’s the LORD’s covenant people, with purified motives, divinely set over nations, with the word of the Lord in their mouths. A people who SEE from the Lord’s PERSPECTIVE and stretch forth the rod of God from Zion; this is the eternal priesthood in the order of Melchizedek.
As I’ve been sharing over these 90 days, the Lord has been forging the Sword of His Word in His people over the past three years. The process has been purposeful, yielding the desired result for the King of the Kingdom. This sword is a double-7 covenant sword that He can unsheathe at the climax of the war for redemptive history.
The ALL In Company - The Possession of Christ
We are quickly approaching the fullness of Psalm 2, with contending armies, clashing swords, clashing wisdoms, clashing words, and clashing worldviews. We must make a people prepared to become the habitation and possession of the LORD.
All the greys and shadows are being removed. You'll either be all in or all out. You'll either be possessed by the Kingdom of light or the Kingdom of darkness. No more wavering between two opinions, as Elijah said, if the Lord be God, then serve him with all your heart, with all your mind, with all your strength. This is the only way forward. This is the only safe place. This is the victory, the victorious army that will crush everything, including Antichrist, that stands opposed to the will of the Father and his Kingdom's manifestation.
DECLARATION
I declare that I sit in agreement with the Lord, who sits in the heavens and laughs at every scheme the enemy has plotted against me, my family, and this generation. I declare that my laughter is a weapon, releasing the frequency of heaven into confusion over every dark council that has gathered against the purposes of God. I declare that I will not be swayed by what I see in the natural, but will only speak what I hear from the Lord’s own counsel and court, and that the word of the Lord forged in me through this process will be unsheathed at the appointed time, not a moment before.
PRAYER
Father, teach me to laugh the way You laugh, not in mockery of people but in complete confidence over every plot the enemy thinks he has hidden from You. Align my heart with Your place of rest so I can see from Your perspective instead of reacting to what I see in the natural. Give me the patience to sit on what You have shown me until Your timing says release it, and give me the courage to say what needs to be said, even when it costs me, the way it cost Jeremiah. Forge Your word into a sword in me, Lord, and let me carry it faithfully until the hour You choose to unsheathe it. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
