Building the Resting Places of Yahweh

Reading The Story Through The Hebraic Lens
The common rendering and interpretation of the story of Noah pictures God as angry and fed up with mankind’s sin, and most read the biblical flood narrative as a historical account of God’s judgment on sinfulness with little emphasis on redemption. As we read the stories in the Torah, let us remember they are far more than historical accounts. These stories are full of Kingdom-life principles and theological truths, but stopping there misses their foundational purpose in the Bible.
But read again the verses that open this story. Before the flood ever comes, Scripture says, “The LORD was sorry that He had made man on the earth, and He was grieved in His heart” (Genesis 6:6). The word for grieved is atzav, from the same root as the sorrowful toil that came upon Adam with the curse in Genesis 3:17. Thus, the very pain that came upon the hands of man had now entered the heart of God Himself. That is the heart of a grieving Father, broken over what had become of His sons, far more than an angry God looking for a reason to destroy.
In the midst of His grief, He found a man: “But Noah found grace in the eyes of the LORD” (6:8). Grace is chen (חן), and Noah is Noach (נח), the same two Hebrew letters turned around, as if Heaven is telling us that grace and rest are two sides of the same door.
Seeing The Big Picture
When we read and interpret the Bible through the lens (the Hebraic mindset) in which it was originally written, we begin to see the big picture of redemptive history. The Hebraic mindset and worldview differ greatly from Western culture's Greco-Roman mindset and worldview. When you read the Bible through the Greco-Roman mindset and worldview, you still glean truth because the Bible is a book of truth. I often say, "You see the surface, and you see the tip of the iceberg, but you really don't see the deep things of God and the mountain of revelation that's under the water." Not because you don't want to, but because you're trying to read a Hebrew Book through a Greco-Roman lens, and you never truly grasp the big picture or understand the masterpiece of how the Bible is written.
I'm currently writing a series concerning the Jeremiah Generation, and in this article, I will expound prophetically on the Noah Company. I have also written about the Jacob generation, or a people with greater glory than Moses. I've also written about the spirit of Elijah and how a people is coming forth with a similar anointing of the spirit of Elijah, the Elisha of God.
Some might say, "Well, it can't be all of these." Maybe it's one of them, but I would say it is all of them. Each is a piece of a puzzle that forms a bigger picture: the Bible’s stories, people, and places, when put together, form a much larger picture. I call this true biblical hermeneutics, and it awakens revelation in the reader’s heart, helping them understand where they are in the LORD’s redemptive timeline and plan.
His Name Carries the Whole Message
Noah’s name carries the whole message. נֹחַ, Noach, means rest and comes from the root nuach, meaning resting place.
Genesis 5:29 And he called his name Noah, saying, “This one will comfort us concerning our work and the toil of our hands, because of the ground which the LORD has cursed.”
Lamech prophesied over his son that he would bring comfort concerning “the toil of our hands,” and that word, toil (itzavon), comes from the same root as God’s grief in Genesis 6:6. Noah was born as an answer not only to the toil in the hands of man but also to the grief in the heart of the Father.

One Clean Bloodline
Scripture calls Noah tamim in his generations (Genesis 6:9). In the Old Testament, the Hebrew word tamim (תמים) means without blemish, complete, full, perfect, sincerely sound, without spot, undefiled, upright, whole. It’s used primarily in sacrificial language concerning sacrifices made on the altar of the LORD (Yahweh). Leviticus 22:22 defines this “completeness, wholeness” by excluding six defects in the animal qualified for sacrifice.
I added this technical definition to help us understand what this scripture passage communicates. The whole of humanity became corrupt (unclean) when the sons of God (bene elohim) had relations with the daughters of men, and through these relations the Nephilim, the giants, were born. Without writing a book here, let me say that all of humanity came down to one bloodline that remained clean and uncorrupted. That was Noah’s bloodline. The enemy's plan was to defile every bloodline so that the seed of the woman, as prophesied in Genesis 3:15, could not crush the serpent's head (authority).
Gen. 3:14 So the LORD God said to the serpent: “Because you have done this, you are cursed more than all cattle, and more than every beast of the field; On your belly you shall go, and you shall eat dust all the days of your life. 15 And I will put enmity between you and the woman, and between your seed and her Seed; He shall bruise your head, and you shall bruise His heel.”
From the moment the LORD (Yahweh) issued that judicial decree and prophecy, the seed war began. Redemptive history became a seed war, and the enemy's plan was to defile the seed of man so God's redemptive plan could not come forth. The enemy's plan is always mixture: corrupting the genos (bloodline) of the human imagers destined to release the Lord's written judgments.
Psalm 149: 6 Let the high praises of God be in their mouth, and a two-edged sword in their hand, 9 to execute on them the written judgment— This honor have all His saints. Praise the LORD!
During Noah's days, all of humanity hung by a thread, but thank God for His unstoppable, unbreakable scarlet thread that weaves through the 6,000-year story of redemption.

Noah Prepared A Vessel Of Transition – Warned About The Unseen
Hebrews 11:7 By faith Noah, being divinely warned of things not yet seen, moved with godly fear, prepared an ark for the saving of his household, by which he condemned the world and became heir of the righteousness which is according to faith.
According to Hebrews 11, Noah was called to prepare a vessel of salvation and transition. His eyes were opened to behold things not yet seen. Yahweh called him to build a structure that had never been seen for an event that had never occurred—a vessel of transition for an occurrence no human being had ever experienced: rain.
Genesis 2:4 This is the history of the heavens and the earth when they were created, in the day that the LORD God made the earth and the heavens, 5 before any plant of the field was in the earth and before any herb of the field had grown. For the LORD God had not caused it to rain on the earth, and there was no man to till the ground; 6 but a mist went up from the earth and watered the whole face of the ground.
The Bible reveals that a mist rose from the ground to water the earth, with no mention of rain until Genesis 7. My point here is not the weather itself, but the blueprint and faith required for Noah to build for an event that seemed entirely ridiculous in the natural world. For 120 years, he labored on a vessel of transition tied directly to the scarlet thread of redemption for all mankind. This truth ultimately leads us to what Jesus declared about His own appearing: “As it was in the days of Noah.”

The Blueprint Of The Ark
The Hebrew word for the ark, tevah, appears in only one other story in the entire Bible: the little basket, also covered with pitch, that carried the baby Moses on the waters of the Nile. Two deliverers, two vessels of transition, both carried on the water by the word of the LORD.
Hasidic teachers later noted that tevah also came to mean "word" in Hebrew, teaching that when God says, “Come into the tevah,” He is calling us to enter His word. Notice what the LORD said when the hour arrived: He did not tell Noah to go into the ark, but rather, “Come into the ark,” as though He were already inside waiting for them. And when everyone was safely inside, “the LORD shut him in” (Genesis 7:16). Noah built the vessel, but God Himself extended the invitation and closed the door.
The LORD is inviting us to COME INTO HIS (tevah) WORD. Remember, He is The Word; He is the Torah. A summons is being released RIGHT NOW to this generation. “Come! Come into the deep places of My Heart, My Word, that are only accessible through union with My Spirit.” (see 2 Corinthians 2:9-14)

He Wrote About Me
When we reduce the Torah and the Old Testament to a book of rules and judgments from an angry God, we cut ourselves off from two-thirds of biblical revelation. Torah literally means "instruction," which fundamentally differs from the concept of "the Law of Moses" popularized by Greco-Roman theologians.
While we won't delve fully into that distinction here, many concepts viewed through that legalistic lens cast a veil over the text, introducing a Roman mixture that still affects the church today. Jesus directly confronted the stewards of the Torah in His day, rebuking them for misinterpreting the Scriptures and emphatically declaring that Moses spoke of Him and that all the Scriptures point to Him.
John 5:39 You search the Scriptures, for in them you think you have eternal life; and these are they which testify of Me. 45 Do not think that I shall accuse you to the Father; there is one who accuses you—Moses, in whom you trust. 46 For if you believed Moses, you would believe Me; for he wrote about Me.
And that is exactly what He did with the story of Noah. He took the flood account from the books of Moses and declared that it spoke directly of the days of the Son of Man. It speaks of the Messiah and His Covenant Body—those who live exclusively to manifest His Father’s eternal purpose.
Some might ask why you use that phrase so much. Living exclusively for the Father's eternal purpose is true UNION with Christ (Messiah). It’s the key to the Kingdom's release without measure. It’s the real Apostolic: living SENT or living exclusively for the sent purpose of God. That’s exactly how the first apostolic generation lived, and that’s how the last apostolic generation will live. It will be the days of the Body, the Son of Man.
As It Was In The Days Of Noah
Matthew 24:37 But as the days of Noah were, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be.
Luke 17:26 And as it was in the days of Noah, so it will be also in the days of the Son of Man.
The main point of these passages is the Son of Man’s appearance and an unprepared generation. The generation in Noah’s day rejected the truth of God’s existence and resisted the messenger sent to awaken them to the urgency of the hour. In Matthew 24, the disciples ask Jesus what the sign of His coming and the end of the age will be, and toward the end of that discourse He declares that it will be like Noah’s generation, in which many fail to discern correctly what time it is in human history and in the LORD’s redemptive timeline.
Noah’s generation believed things would continue as they always had, and they refused to hear Noah’s warning about preparation. The Apostle Peter warns believers in his day not to conclude that the Day of the LORD is not coming simply because it is delayed.
2 Peter 3:3 Knowing this first: that scoffers will come in the last days, walking according to their own lusts, 4 and saying, “Where is the promise of His coming? For since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of creation.” 5 For this they willfully forget: that by the word of God the heavens were of old, and the earth standing out of water and in the water, 6 by which the world that then existed perished, being flooded with water. 7 But the heavens and the earth which are now preserved by the same word, are reserved for fire until the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men.

A Preacher (Herald) Of Righteousness
2 Peter 2:5 declares that Noah was a preacher and herald of righteousness. Where did Peter get this information? Noah as a herald of righteousness is not found in the Noah story in Genesis. Peter drew it from the Book of Jubilees and the Jewish tradition of his day, which remembered Noah proclaiming the truth to his generation while he built the ark over the 120 years mentioned in Genesis 6:3.
Jasher 6:19 And Noah, with a loud voice, answered them from the ark, saying, Have you not all rebelled against the Lord, and said that he does not exist? And therefore the Lord brought upon you this evil, to destroy and cut you off from the face of the earth. 20 Is not this the thing that I spoke to you of one hundred and twenty years back, and you would not hearken to the voice of the Lord, and now do you desire to live upon earth? 21 And they said to Noah, We are ready to return to the Lord; only open for us that we may live and not die. 22 And Noah answered them, saying, Behold now that you see the trouble of your souls, you wish to return to the Lord; why did you not return during these hundred and twenty years, which the Lord granted you as the determined period?
No one can truly understand the ridicule and reproach Noah faced while building that monstrous vessel and trying to explain an event that sounded ridiculous to everyone who heard it. How do you explain rain to people who have never seen it? We are now entering the same scenario as Noah’s day: as it was then, so it will be in the days of the Son of Man’s coming.
Three Things the Lord Was Saying
I believe this truth Jesus uttered has three parts.
1. People will not want to hear truth, but the LORD is raising up heralds of truth. We see shadows of this in Elijah, Jeremiah, and John the Baptist.
2. The LORD’s unveiling and eventual advent will bring natural events never seen before. This is seen in the Book of Revelation - The Revelation (Unveiling) of Jesus Christ. The unveiling of the true Jesus not the Greco-Roman version.
3. The LORD is commissioning a Noah Company, sons of rest, to build structures of salvation that can transition the age. This is the main focus of this Noach article.
The Noah Company
One Generation Will Ascend to Maturity
I firmly believe that all of Scripture—the stories, the principles, the people, the places, the events—points to Christ, and to His mature body in a fullness-of-time moment. Scripture clearly reveals that His goal is to bring His body to maturity, completion, and the full stature of His image.
Ephesians 4:11 And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers, 12 for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ, 13 till we all come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ.
One generation will arrive at this destination and fully return (teshuvah) to the blueprint. It will not happen automatically or by osmosis, but through testing and trial, just as Jesus modeled when He walked on the earth. Some preach that Jesus did it all so we do not have to, and to that statement I say yes and no. Yes, He paid my sin debt and secured my eternal salvation; but regarding maturity as a son of God, He revealed the path.
Maturity and greater stewardship as sons of God come only by our willingness to follow the divine blueprint. Jesus’ lifestyle is the blueprint; He is the Pattern Son. Oneness with Jesus and His lifestyle is the ARK of salvation, the structure that will rise above the coming storm.
Gold Refined in the Fire
To be clear, I’m not proclaiming doom-and-gloom end-time theology, but the establishment of Kingdom covenant communities that become resting places of restoration in the biblical season called the restoration of all things. These Noah companies will build and transition the Covenant Body of Messiah from the church age into the millennial age. We must build with the eternal blueprint and substance of the kingdom of God; Jesus said, “I counsel you to buy from Me gold refined in the fire.” The use of the term gold in Revelation 3:18 points to eternal substance. How do we buy from Jesus, and what exchange rate could we possibly afford?
The currency of heaven is faith, and not the faith that names it and claims it, but radical obedience to Father God’s word even when it does not make sense. That is the very context of Hebrews 11 and the heroes of faith, and that is the faith Noah exhibited when he built the ark through godly fear. The fear of the LORD is radical faith: obedience to the word of the LORD when it makes no sense to the natural eye or mind, and those acts of faith obedience are the eternal substance that will remain when the LORD tests the earth with fire. It will remain because it has already been tested and approved by the eternal flame of Yahweh’s Name — El Kanna, the jealous God, the all-consuming fire.

The Call to Build Vessels That Rise Above the Storm
Noah had to see what the Lord wanted to construct, then build it exactly according to the divine blueprint. The LORD designed the ark, but Noah built it, and the ark of God was the only vessel that could rise above the storm and transition the ages into a new dispensation of the Genesis dominion mandate (Genesis 9:1–2). So as it was in the days of Noah, so shall it be in the days of the Son of Man. Only what the LORD designs and what the spiritual pioneers (Noahs) of the LORD’s generation build will transition the ages and survive the LORD’s storm.

The Next Piece of a 6,000-Year Puzzle
Much of the body of Christ is unaware of the LORD’s redemptive timeline through human history. Many spiritual leaders within the body of Christ are genuinely pursuing biblically sound revival. They desperately hunger for God’s next move. Yet my concern is that they contend for a revival that will never come, which is why there is so much hope deferred in the apostolic, prophetic, and charismatic camps within the body of Christ. T
his might sound critical or judgmental, but that’s not my intent. I’m an itinerant minister who travels about 200 days a year through charismatic, apostolic, and prophetic circles, and I’ve met some of the most incredible, genuine, pure-hearted spiritual leaders who truly long for the next outpouring of the Holy Spirit and the kingdom of God. So what’s the hold-up?
I don’t claim to have all the answers, or even most of them. All I have is one piece of the 6,000-year puzzle of redemptive history, which I want to lay in place as the Lord has called me to do. A revival is coming, but it will arrive in a manifestation we do not yet understand. Most prophetic words spoken over the past 20 years about this coming revival are genuinely true. The question we must ask is: why has it never manifested?
The delay is not due to a lack of sincere people who love the Lord. Rather, it is about understanding progressive revelation and the overarching goal of redemptive history. Every revival in history has served a purpose far greater than simply bringing breakthroughs to individuals. Hear me clearly: I do not want to diminish the Father’s heart for the individual; that is of utmost importance. However, we must also understand that our personal breakthroughs are part of a grand master plan that will culminate in one final generation.
A Revival Of Mature Sonship
The coming revival is a revival of mature sonship, manifesting through a new breed of reformers greater than John Wycliffe, Jan Hus, and Martin Luther. This movement will be a great awakening—a truth-awakening—that will initiate the biblical season known as the restoration of all things. (see Acts 3:19-21) These will be finishers of the reformation that has NEVER been finished. This is my personal mandate for how many breaths I have left.
It will manifest through those who answer the call to surrender everything and ascend the hill of the LORD. This rising, ascension generation will stand in His holy place with unveiled faces, commissioned and imparted with the divine blueprint in their spirits. They will then descend to build exactly what Father God has deposited within them.
Nuach — The Resting Place
Remember what the name carries. Noah means rest, derived from the root nuach, resting place, and it is the very word Solomon uses when the glory of God fills the temple.
2 Chronicles 6:41 Now therefore, arise, O LORD God, to Your resting place, You and the ark of Your strength. Let Your priests, O LORD God, be clothed with salvation, and let Your saints rejoice in goodness.
The word for resting place there is nuach, and the word for salvation comes from the very same root as Yeshua. God is arising in His resting places across the earth. He is arising and shining (Isaiah 60:1–2) in the midst of gross darkness through His "sons of rest"—those who, like Noah, will build structures capable of transitioning the ages.
Two primary words for rest in Hebrew stand out here: nuach, which is Noah and shabbat, which is Sabbath. Rest is a phenomenal study, and we must understand it if we are going to build anything capable of transitioning into the age to come. Rest is a place in God where we can see all His works finished from the foundation of the earth. Genesis 2:3 notes that God rested—shabbat—on the seventh day from all the work He had done; the seventh day is intimately connected to rest.
The root of Noah’s name runs entirely through this week’s portion. When the waters receded, “the ark rested (vatanach) in the seventh month, the seventeenth day of the month, on the mountains of Ararat” (Genesis 8:4). When Noah sent out the dove, it “found no resting place (manoach) for the sole of her foot” (Genesis 8:9). And when Noah came out of the ark and built an altar, “the LORD smelled a soothing aroma” (Genesis 8:21)—literally (re’ach hanichoach), an aroma of rest. The ark of rest came to rest in the seventh month; the dove searched for rest and could not find it, and God’s rest over the earth began with the smoke of an altar.

The Dove Looking For A Resting Place
In the Torah portion Noach, we see the dove sent out to look for dry ground—a resting place. Throughout Scripture, the dove serves as a clear type and symbol of the Holy Spirit. This beautifully illuminates the testimony of John the Baptist, who declared: “He who sent me to baptize with water said to me, ‘Upon whom you see the Spirit descending, and remaining on Him, this is He who baptizes with the Holy Spirit ’ " (John 1:33)
Genesis 8:10 And he waited yet another seven days, and again he sent the dove out from the ark. 11 Then the dove came to him in the evening, and behold, a freshly plucked olive leaf was in her mouth; and Noah knew that the waters had receded from the earth. 12 So he waited yet another seven days and sent out the dove, which did not return again to him anymore.
Mark 1:9 It came to pass in those days that Jesus came from Nazareth of Galilee, and was baptized by John in the Jordan. 10 And immediately, coming up from the water, He saw the heavens parting and the Spirit descending upon Him like a dove. 11 Then a voice came from heaven, “You are My beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.”
Noah sent out the dove one last time, and it did not return. The next time the dove appears in the scriptural narrative, He descends, rests, and remains upon the Son at the Jordan River. Jesus declared that He must be baptized to fulfill all righteousness, and in Romans 6, the Apostle Paul explains the prophetic significance of this act: when we go under the water, we are baptized into Christ’s death, and when we emerge, we are prophetically and judicially one with Him in His resurrection. We must not forget that we are now the body of Christ on earth, called to be the very place where the heavenly dove can rest and remain.
The Dove Is Still Waiting
The Father’s purpose has always been to fill the earth with His glory, a truth that Ephesians 1:22–23 makes undeniably clear. Just because we have not yet witnessed the greater latter glory prophesied in Haggai 2:6–9 and 2 Corinthians 3:7–18 does not mean it is not coming; it is actually waiting. Waiting for what? The heavenly dove waits for a "son of rest" to come up out of the Jordan—a corporate body where He can truly rest and remain.
This dynamic may seem confusing to some, and I can already anticipate the questions this truth raises: “Hasn’t the Holy Spirit already come? I speak in tongues and operate in the gifts of the Spirit—isn’t that it?” To that, I would answer both yes and no.
Yes, you have received the earnest deposit, but you have not yet received the fullness. For in the fullness of time, the eyes of the LORD range to and fro throughout the earth, seeking wholehearted ones—a people and a place where He can rest, remain, and show Himself mighty in and through them.

The Jordan — A Place of Transition
A latter glory is coming in a generation, but it awaits a people made ready and positioned in what the Jordan River symbolizes. Throughout Scripture, the Jordan represents a threshold—a place of transition—and many stories point to this truth, prefiguring the one generation to come. Let us not miss the Jordan's deep theological reality in Jesus’ baptism: it proclaims total submission to the Father’s plans, purposes, and will, and pictures death, resurrection, and divine transference.
Jesus’ Baptism - 2 Priests In The Jordan – Levi & Melchizedek
To grasp this climactic event's significance, we must understand exactly who John the Baptist and Jesus represent (Levi & Melchizedek). Many fail to recognize that John was a Levitical priest of a God-ordained order. John was the last pure Priest of an old order (possibly the last true high priest of the Levitical Order?)
His father, Zechariah, received a visitation from the archangel Gabriel while he was burning incense on the altar in the temple's Holy Place. Gabriel told the Levite that his barren wife, Elizabeth, would miraculously conceive and give birth to a son. Zechariah’s son, John, would go forth in the spirit and power of Elijah to lead God’s people back to their covenant root and prepare them for a time of great transition: the Messiah’s ministry and manifestation.
Luke 1:17 He will also go before Him in the spirit and power of Elijah, “to turn the hearts of the fathers to the children,” and the disobedient to the wisdom of the just, to make ready a people prepared for the Lord.

What Does John the Baptist Have to Do with Noah?
Both John and Noah prepare a people and a place for the LORD. Both became heralds of righteousness and truth. Both became a voice preparing a generation for a major transition concerning Yahweh’s overall redemptive plan. The place John prepared was not a physical structure like Noah’s; it was built in people's hearts.
The report of a voice crying out in the wilderness spread throughout Jerusalem and Judea. Those with ears to hear answered the Divine Summons, coming out from the influence and mind control of a corrupt Greco-Roman system to hear the LORD's voice at the threshold of the Jordan River. John baptized those who were humble and teachable, preparing them to become the habitation of the LORD.
He summoned his hearers to repent—from the Greek word metanoeo, meaning to undergo a transformation or change of mind—and to be baptized into a new dispensation of the King of the Kingdom's redemptive plan. That exact same pattern of history is occurring right now. Do we have ears to hear what the Spirit of the LORD is saying to His Global Church?
Greco-Roman Mixture: What Does That Have To Do With Me?
In John’s and Jesus’ day, the God-ordained Levitical priesthood had become so corrupted by a mixture of Greco-Roman culture that it became blind to the Scripture it vehemently proclaimed. Their interpretation of the Holy Scriptures became a veil of ignorance that covered their spiritual eyes, keeping them from seeing the One they prayed and fasted for and proclaimed would come.
The blind spot of religious certainty is a timeless trap. The religious leaders of Jesus's day stood face-to-face with John the Baptist (the forerunner in the spirit of Elijah) and the Messiah Himself, yet their theological frameworks blinded them to reality. It is easy to judge the Pharisees, Sadducees, and scribes from a historical distance, but doing so misses the warning: our own assumptions about God can blind us to His actual presence.
Our generation must understand that Prophetic, Apostolic, Charismatic Christian Zeal does not guarantee discernment. We can fervently proclaim Jesus, fast, pray, and seek revival, yet completely miss its manifestation. We fall into the exact trap of the ancient religious leaders when we let culturally shaped doctrines and worldviews dictate how we read and apply the Bible and the unfulfilled Biblical prophetic promises. True revival requires a teachable spirit—a willingness to dismantle preconceived biases we don’t think we have and realign with Christ's ORIGINAL INTENT for His covenant body and the climax of redemptive history.
The blind spot of religious certainty repeats throughout church history, generation after generation. So many have missed their moment of transition—not because of a lack of hunger for revival, nor a lack of sincerity toward the Word of God, but because of a lack of teachability.
We fail to recognize that God is progressively moving church history from glory to glory toward a final destination: a mature body that attains the full stature of Christ. This prepared company will steward the highest realms of kingdom authority, ushering in the restoration of all things and the return of Yeshua the Messiah, Jesus Christ.

Messengers Who Prepare A Generation For Transition
If you study history, especially redemptive history, you’ll see cycles and how history repeats itself. The Lord summoned John the Baptist, a Levite priest, out of the system and priesthood of his day, which a Greco-Roman mixture had corrupted, literally replacing God’s choice with Rome’s.
The LORD sent John the Baptist into a season of forging in the difficult terrain of the Judean wilderness. Luke 1:80 notes that John grew strong in spirit, remaining hidden in the desert until the day of his public manifestation to Israel. That is precisely where many of you have been hidden over the past three years—but that season is shifting right now, today.
The sword of the LORD is actively wielded in wilderness preparation, severing every hindrance so His voice can fully manifest through His chosen messengers. None of the Lord's messengers can bypass this essential wilderness season. Well, they can, but they will be an echo instead of a son of thunder.
The wilderness acts as the Lord’s spiritual forge. It is where you are refined in the fire, set on the anvil, and shaped by the yielding hammer of His word. This process is essential to becoming a double-edged sword—a supernatural voice of awakening capable of releasing the LORD’s true authority. There is a vast difference between simply quoting Scripture, speaking the name of the Lord, and actually manifesting Him. The authoritative manifestation of His name and voice cuts like a sharp, swift blade, mirroring the very sword that proceeds from the mouth of Jesus in Revelation 19:15.
Two Building Projects: The Ark and the Tower
This week’s portion does not end with the ark; it ends at Babel, and the contrast could not be clearer. The ark was God’s blueprint, built by a son of rest, and it rose above the waters. The tower was man’s blueprint, built with bricks of their own making, driven by a plain motivation: “Let us make a name for ourselves” (Genesis 11:4). For this, the LORD scattered them.
Conversely, Noah’s son was named Shem, which literally means "name," and from the line of Shem came Abram, to whom God promised, “I will make your name great” (Genesis 12:2). Those who build to make a name for themselves are scattered, while those who build only what God reveals receive their name from Him.
Notice how the portion closes. Terah took Abram and his family out of Ur of the Chaldeans (Babylon) to go to the land of Canaan, “and they came to Haran and dwelt there” (Genesis 11:31). They came out of Babylon but stopped halfway and settled. In the upcoming portion, Lech Lecha, the LORD calls Abram to finish the journey and cross over. Many in this generation have come out of the old system only to settle in Haran. The Lord is calling His "Noah Company" to finish the crossing.

Back To The Jordan
The LORD is bringing His people to the Jordan River once again. This is entirely figurative, representing an ultimate place of historical transition. However, a decisive response is always necessary to make that crossover.
Study Abraham, who left everything behind in Babylon to cross over into a covenant inheritance.
Consider Jacob wrestling with the LORD at the Jabbok—right at the edge of the Jordan—and being struck in the hip, never walking the same after that encounter.
Consider the Joshua generation, who had to yield to the flint knife of circumcision. Revival is not cheap; it is costly, and it may cost you the cutting away of flesh-inspired traditions.
Then we see Jesus and John standing together in the Jordan River. Theologically, two distinct priesthoods met in those waters: the Levitical and the Melchizedek. John declared that he must decrease and the Messiah must increase. This climactic baptism was a fullness-of-time moment, marking a sovereign transfer from the earthly Levitical priesthood to the heavenly Melchizedek priesthood. Jesus is the eternal High Priest after the order of Melchizedek, and so are we if we have been truly baptized into His death.

The Spirit Resting On The Branch
The root nuach also appears in Isaiah 11:2, where the Spirit of the LORD rests upon the Messiah and releases the seven manifestations of Yahweh’s Spirit.
Isaiah 11:1 There shall come forth a Rod from the stem of Jesse, and a Branch shall grow out of his roots. 2 The Spirit of the LORD shall rest upon Him, the Spirit of wisdom and understanding, the Spirit of counsel and might, the Spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the LORD. 3 His delight is in the fear of the LORD, and He shall not judge by the sight of His eyes, nor decide by the hearing of His ears.
The Lord is commissioning sons of rest to build resting places of His presence, initiating the fullness of time concerning the restoration of all things. I call these Arks (like the Ark of the Covenant) the resting places of restoration, and only SONS OF REST can establish them.
A Prophetic Word Over The Noah Generation
Three years ago, I wrote a prophetic word for a spiritual son named Noah, commissioned on Shemini Atzeret, the eighth day at the close of Sukkot, the 22nd day of the 7th month according to the biblical calendar. I quickly realized it wasn’t just for an individual but for a remnant company of spiritual pioneers similar to Noah in the Bible. The term Noah Company came forth in my spirit representing the sons of REST (Noahs) in this generation. This is exactly what happened with my current prophetic series and 90-day timeline concerning the Jeremiah Generation. (see My Facebook Post every day)
If you’ve been following the words I’ve released over the last two weeks, you’ll notice I keep referring to a three-year season: the past three years and the three years ahead. I’ve been reviewing the prophetic words the Lord has given me, and He has given me more concerning the Noah pioneers. I want to release them here in accordance with the Torah portion Noach (Genesis 6:9–11:32).

Read - Meditate - Pray - and Receive What The LORD says To You!
You are the LORD’s chosen; you will bring the LORD’s rest to many and help establish the LORD’s resting places on the earth.
I saw a mantle fall upon you. The mantle was brilliantly white, literally shimmering with light. It appeared to be a mantle of light, which I discerned to be a mantle of revelation. The LORD is clothing you with revelation to help build places of the LORD’s Rest in the time of the restoration of all things.
You are a spiritual pioneer among a company of pioneers. The Noah Company is a new breed of messengers — Messengers of REST. This new-breed movement is a PURE Breed Generation that has given itself to the LORD, a generation without mixture. The LORD says, “NO MORE mixture of wills, no more mixture of agendas, no more mixture of wisdoms, for I am summoning this generation to come up here through My Open Door. Come up — ascend My Holy Hill — the hill of My Holiness.”
The Lord would say, “Guard and steward your mantle. For some will pull on your mantle with wrong motives. Some will want to use what the Lord has given you for a lesser purpose than His eternal purpose.”
"You must know that your ordination and commissioning are not natural but supernatural. As the Apostle Paul declared in Galatians 1:1 and 12, he was not commissioned by man nor through the agency of man, but by the LORD. Know that you’re part of an emerging remnant of pioneers sent by the LORD.
The Noah Company are forerunners of the Psalm 24 LORD’s Generation — the generation that seeks His Face!
I declare to the Noah Company: “Ears be opened to hear the LORD's voice and eyes be opened to behold His open door. Come up here and see the things that will soon take place. You’re being commissioned from the waters above (the sea of glass), granting you authority over the waters below.” (see Revelation 4:1-2)
For the LORD would say, “I’m giving you Access and Stewardship in the scroll room. Come up here and see the Destiny and the Destination of all generations. You MUST understand that I’m calling your generation to build what has never been seen or accessed before. So hear the Word of the LORD: ‘As it was in the days of Noah, so it will be also in the days of the Son of Man’ (Luke 17:26).”
“Even as My Servant Noah built what had never been seen before (an Ark), so it will be again. For I am raising up spiritual pioneers who are divinely able to see what I have decreed to build, helping My people and the whole earth transition to the next stage of My redemptive plan. Just as in Noah’s day, many will mock in an attempt to diminish what the Noah Company (sons of Rest) is building, establishing, and proclaiming. Just as it had never rained before, you must understand that what you are mandated to proclaim has never occurred on earth or in the history of mankind.”
“It’s similar to what I had My servant Joshua proclaim: ‘You have never been this way before.’ I need a people who will trust Me absolutely and live by every word that proceeds from My mouth. I need a people who will speak My word, not fearing the faces of those I send them to. You must build only what I reveal to you.”
“My words will be the building blocks that will begin to manifest as My Noah Company. Walk with Me, talk with Me, and release My words to build places of preparation and restoration on earth.”
“Remember, the key is rest. Noah was My son of rest, moving in the opposite direction from all those who dwelled on the earth. My sons of rest will be very similar. They will move in the opposite direction of mankind and of the systems of religion. I will open their eyes to see that all My works were finished from the foundation of the earth.” (Hebrews 4:3)
“Remember, the key to OPEN the DOOR (Revelation 4:1) is intimacy — in Me, you will see what generations have longed to see. If you build rightly and righteously, you will save many from destruction. Just as I revealed My blueprint for the ark to My Servant Noah, I am once again revealing My blueprints for building the structures that will rise above the storm coming upon the earth.”
“I AM the STORM that is coming. The waves of My Eternal Kingdom are just beginning to reach the earth, and My People are NOT ready. You must make My People ready, for the hour is urgent, and My People have been lulled to sleep by seducing spirits of the present age. Give yourself to Me completely, and I will blow through you as My Human Shofar, releasing the sound of My Spirit, the sound of awakening that will awaken the earth. My Human Shofars will release the four winds of My Mouth, breaking the spirits of apathy, seduction, and death over My People.”
“Know that you are not alone, for I AM commissioning a New Breed — Pure Breed movement on earth that will release My awakening sound, awakening My Eternal Purpose in the bloodlines upon the earth. Many will resist the sound, but do not fear their faces — Fear Me! Those with ears to hear will turn and return wholeheartedly to My original design for My Covenant People. Those who turn and return will rise above the coming flood and storm; those who resist will be swept away to destruction.”
“My SONS of REST will build the PLACES of MY REST — places of restoration for the consummation of the ages and the culmination of the restoration of all things. My Resting Places will be where My Spirit will rest and remain. They will release the works I Myself did and the greater works reserved for the Generation of My Unveiled Face. For as My Servant Paul declared, My Covenant Body will come from My Holy Mountain with an unveiled face, releasing a greater glory than Moses. It will be the Latter Glory of My Covenant Body during the time of My Latter Rain Harvest.”
“The Latter Rain is coming, and it will awaken MY SEED among the sons and daughters of men who are obedient to turn and return wholeheartedly to ME. Yet My People do not discern that the Latter Rain that will awaken the dormant seed will also sweep away many who are not made ready for that DAY.”
“For the consummation of the ages is at hand, and My Bride is NOT ready. Make My Bride ready! For My Bride, My Covenant Partner, has given herself to the false comforts of the present age and has become extremely weary. She has lost her way, forsaken her first love, and is about to fall into a deep sleep. Deep darkness is attempting to come upon the earth, but Fear Not! For I WILL AWAKEN the greatest light and witness that the earth has ever seen or experienced. I WILL have an equally yoked Bride in UNION with ME — in union with My heart and emotions. My Bride will love ME with all her heart, all her mind, every thought, and all her emotions and strength.”
“Discern the stages of My COMING! I will first Come TO My Bride and call her to absolute surrender, the Renewal of Her Covenant Vows to Me! Then I will come INTO My Bride to consume her with the flame of My love, My all-consuming fire. Then I will Come THROUGH My Bride to release the greatest light and witness to the nations of the earth. And then I will Come FOR My Bride, and she will be with Me eternally where I Am!”
Father God, I thank You that Your eye has found a Noah Company (sons of Rest) who have positioned and prepared themselves to receive Your ordination and commissioning. As they wait upon You and pour out their lives before You as a drink offering, I thank You for Your Hand upon them. I thank You that at Your Appointed Time, according to the measure of their mandate, the Mantle of LIGHT will fall upon them, enabling them (the Noah Company) to carry out the prophetic mandate entrusted to them for their generation. In Yeshua HaMashiach’s (Jesus Christ’s) Name, I bless you. Amen!
